I performed my one-woman show, Live Love Laugh, at the Edinburgh Festival last year.
The run began on the 31st of July and ran until the 24th of August.
The venue was the Pleasance Beyond Theatre in the Pleasance Courtyard, approximately 3,100 people came to see the show during its run.
On a personal note, I would like to say a special thank you to some friends who made ‘Live Love Laugh’ a reality. Starting with Sonya Mulligan, who encouraged me to finish writing it, directed it, and submitted the script to the Dublin Gay International Theatre Festival. Ger Moane, Rita Ann Burke, and Marian O’Sullivan for all their hard work and support throughout.
I would like to thank Evelyn Quinlan, who directed it for the Edinburgh Fringe and has taught me so much along the way, and Nicola Depuis, Script Editor, for all her input and sound advice.
